Remote Gambling
(Sentosa Development Corporation —
Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (Sentosa Development Corporation — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Sentosa Development Corporation — Exemption) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 169/2022) (definition of “draw”) —

(a)

replace “Sentosa Development Corporation, 39 Artillery Avenue, Singapore 099958” with “various locations on Sentosa Island”; and

(b)

replace paragraphs (b) to (f) with —

“(b)	18 June 2022;
(c)	16 July 2022;
(d)	13 August 2022;
(e)	17 September 2022;
(f)	24 September 2022;”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. In the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Sentosa Development Corporation — Exemption) Order 2022, in paragraph 6, replace “21 December 2022” with “25 December 2022”.
