Appointment of Court Houses

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Subordinate Courts Act, the President has appointed Courts 3C, 3D, 4C, 4D, 5C, 5D, 6C, 6D and 9B in the Supreme Court of Singapore at No. 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879, as Court Houses for the Magistrates’ Courts, with effect from 20th June 2005.

2. Paragraph 3 of the Subordinate Courts (Consolidation) Notification (N 2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (b) and (e), with effect from 20th June 2005.
