Deputy Superintendent, Changi Prison Appointed to be A Superintendent of Prisons

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed the Deputy Superintendent, Changi Prison to be a Superintendent of Prisons, with effect from 1st September 1999.
