Infectious Diseases (Delegation of Powers)
Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Delegation of Powers) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2000.
Delegation of powers
2.  The powers conferred on the Director of Medical Services by sections 6, 7 and 12 to 21 of the Act shall, in respect of the control of infectious diseases set out in the Schedule, be exercised by the Commissioner of Public Health.
Revocation
3.  The Infectious Diseases (Delegation of Powers) Notification (N 1) is revoked.
