| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Delegation of Powers) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2000. |
| Delegation of powers |
| 2. The powers conferred on the Director of Medical Services by sections 6, 7 and 12 to 21 of the Act shall, in respect of the control of infectious diseases set out in the Schedule, be exercised by the Commissioner of Public Health. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Infectious Diseases (Delegation of Powers) Notification (N 1) is revoked. |
