Immigration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2004.

Amendment of regulation 32

2. Regulation 32(2) of the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Form 15A, 15B, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32A or 32B” and substituting the words “Form 15A, 15B, 27, 27A, 28, 29, 31, 32, 32A or 32B”.

Amendment of First Schedule

3. The First Schedule to the Immigration Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after Form 27, the following Form:

“FORM 27A

Regulation 32(2)

”.
