Dangerous Fireworks Act
(Chapter 72)
Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) (Amendment) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) (Amendment) Notification 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4th April 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 2 in Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 176/2005) is deleted and following item substituted therefor:
“2.  Glorious (Singapore) Pte Ltd.”.
