Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016
(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016.
2.  Sections 16 and 17(3) of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016 come into operation on 1 September 2016.
