Legal Aid and Advice Act

Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Legal Aid and Advice Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2005.
Amendment of regulation 12
2.  Regulation 12(2) of the Legal Aid and Advice Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “transcript of shorthand notes” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the word “record”.
