(Approved Institutions)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2015 and shall come into operation on 9 January 2015.
Approved institution
2.  The Minister hereby approves Ren Ci @ Bukit Batok Street 52 (Nursing Home) for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 9 January 2015.
