Cross-Border Railways (Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Cross-Border Railways (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Cross‑Border Railways (Fees) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 763/2020), in the Schedule —

(a)	in items 1 and 3(a), in the second column, replace “$10.70” with “$10.90”;
(b)	in item 2, in the second column, replace “$21.40” with “$21.80”;
(c)	in item 3(b), in the second column, replace “$5.35” with “$5.45”; and
(d)	in item 4, in the second column, replace “$1.07” with “$1.09”.
