(Exemption) (Amendment)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 59) Notification 2017 (G.N. No. S 713/2017) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “28 February 2018” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “24 February 2018”; and

(b)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (ii) of sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(ii)

23 February 2018 and 24 February 2018.”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 59) Notification 2017 is amended by deleting the words “29 May 2018” and substituting the words “25 May 2018”.
