Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 22nd August 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (13) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 14) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Lot 3369W (S.L.)” in the first paragraph under the heading “Protected Place” in the second column and substituting the words “Lot 3369W”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE” in the first and second paragraphs under the heading “Protected Place” in the second column and substituting in each case the words “SATS INFLIGHT CATERING CENTRE 1”. [G.N No. S 534/2002]
