Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) (Approved Hospitals and University) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) (Approved Hospitals and University) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.

Approved hospitals and university

2. The Minister hereby declares —

(a)	the hospitals specified in Part I of the Schedule to be approved hospitals for the purposes of section 7 of the Act; and
(b)	the university specified in Part II of the Schedule to be an approved university for the purposes of section 7 of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) (Approved Hospitals) Notification (N 1) is cancelled.
