(Amendment) Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104 of the Patents Act 1994, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Patents (Patent Agents) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 26 May 2022.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the First Schedule to the Patents (Patent Agents) Rules 2001 (G.N. No. S 645/2001) —
(a)in item 1, replace “150” with “250”; and
(b)in item 3, replace “20” with “40”.
