Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.

2. The First Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (48) of Part III under the heading Parking Places, the following items:

“(49) Area off Queen Street and delineated in Plan 305.

(50) Area off Bukit Pasoh Road and New Bridge Road and delineated in Plan 306.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (213) of Part VI under the heading Parking Places, the following items:

“(214) Joo Koon Road and Tuas Crescent.

(215) Area off Mohammed Sultan Road and River Valley Road and delineated in Plan 307.

(216) Area of Telok Blangah Drive and delineated in Plan 308.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item (50) of Part XI under the heading Parking Places, the following item:

“(51) Area off Clementi Loop and delineated in Plan 309.”.
