Enlistment Act
(Chapter 93)
Enlistment (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Enlistment Act, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Enlistment (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 25th August 2003.
Deletion of regulation 37
2.  Regulation 37 of the Enlistment Regulations (Rg 1) is deleted.
