Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A(1)(b) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Persons — Cote d’Ivoire) (Revocation) Regulations 2016 and are deemed to have come into operation on 28 April 2016.

Revocation

2. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Persons — Cote d’Ivoire) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 154/2006) are revoked.
