Air Navigation Act
(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Seletar Aerodrome Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2)(o) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Seletar Aerodrome Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 15th August 2002.
Amendment of paragraph 13
2.  Paragraph 13 of the Air Navigation (Seletar Aerodrome Fees) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (5).
New paragraph 14
3.  The Air Navigation (Seletar Aerodrome Fees) Order is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 13, the following paragraph:
“Remission of fees and charges
14.  The chief executive officer may remit, reduce or refund wholly or in part any fee or charge payable to the Authority under this Order.”.
