Misuse of Drugs Act
Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 11th September 2000.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  Paragraph 1 of Part I of the Third Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Act is amended by inserting, immediately below the word “3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone”, the following words:
“Norephedrine
Norpseudoephedrine”.
Made this 2nd day of September 2000.
