Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Height Restricted Areas) Notification 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Port Master hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Height Restricted Areas) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th September 1997.

Height restricted areas

2. The Port Master hereby declares the areas set out in the Schedule as height restricted areas and directs that the conditions set out in that Schedule shall be complied with.
