Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2006.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts The Japanese Association, Singapore from the provisions of the Act in respect of the 2006 Charity Draw promotion to be held from 1st July 2006 to 22nd September 2006 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 22nd September 2006.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by The Japanese Association, Singapore with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 30th June 2006.
