Competition (Appeals)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(15) of the Competition Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Competition (Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 26 May 2022.
Amendment of regulation 31
2.  Regulation 31(2) of the Competition (Appeals) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting the words “Rules of Court (Cap. 322, R 5)” and substituting the words “Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021)”.
