Futures Trading
(Prescribed Financial Instruments) Order 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “financial instruments” in section 2(1) of the Futures Trading Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Futures Trading (Prescribed Financial Instruments) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 18th September 2000.
Prescribed financial instruments
2.  The following are hereby prescribed as financial instruments for the purposes of the Act:
(a)currency indices; and
(b)a group or groups of currency indices.

Made this 11th day of September 2000.
