| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 2012. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “WestLB AG” in item (72) and substituting the words “Portigon AG Singapore Branch”. |
