Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D (1), (2) and (4) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 6th September 1996.
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order is amended by deleting the name “Dr Kwa Soon Bee” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan”.
