(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, except Parts 4 and 5, section 51 and the Second and Third Schedules, comes into operation on 1 February 2024.
