| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 74) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 27th June 2005. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Section 74(1) of the Act shall not apply to any male Sikh wearing a turban when driving or being carried on a motor cycle. |
