Land Surveyors (Amendment) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Land Surveyors Act, the Land Surveyors Board, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 16th September 1996.

2. Rule 29 of the Land Surveyors Rules is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (1)(a), the following sub-paragraph:

“(iia) the strata survey of a building;” and

(b)	by deleting paragraph (2).
