(Revocation) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1 and 5 of the Schedule to the Legitimacy Act 1934, the Registrar‑General of Births and Deaths makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Legitimacy (Re‑registration of Births of Legitimated Persons) (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 May 2022.

Revocation

2. The Legitimacy (Re‑registration of Births of Legitimated Persons) Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.
