Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 2)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2015.

(2) The period for which this Notification is in force starts on 4 July 2015 and ends on 16 August 2015.

Exemption

2. Sections 3 and 4 of the Act do not apply to Intermay Consultech Pte Ltd (called in this Notification the exempt person) in relation to dangerous fireworks used or to be used in any fireworks display that is, or is to be, executed by the exempt person for or on behalf of any other person at any event specified in Part 1 of the Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part 2 of the Schedule.

Disapplication of Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) Notification 2015

3. The Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 171/2015) does not apply to any fireworks display that is, or is to be, executed by the exempt person for or on behalf of any other person at any event specified in Part 1 of the Schedule.
