(Amendment) Notification 2016

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 22 August 2016, the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 670/2015) by inserting, immediately after paragraph 1, the following paragraph:

“Responsibility of Second Minister for Finance

1A. It is further notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 22 August 2016, Mr Lawrence Wong, Second Minister for Finance, is charged as an alternate to the Minister for Finance, with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.”.
