Children and Young Persons
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 118 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1993, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 May 2022.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  In regulation 4 of the Children and Young Persons Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 512/2020), replace paragraph (a) with —
“(a)the name or surname of the child or young person (including any change in the name or surname of the child or young person);”.
