Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act 2003, Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  The Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act 2003 shall come into operation on 1st September 2003.
