(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2(a), (f), (g) and (s) to (v), 4 to 8, 27 to 35 and 51(2), (3), (5), (6) and (12) of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 15 June 2024.
