Building Control Act
(Chapter 29)
Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(2) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1999.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by inserting, immediately after “16 (7),” in paragraph (a), “21B (1), 21C, 21D, 21E (1),”.
