(Chapter 176)
Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22 and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2005.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(1) of the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting “$60” and substituting “$100”.
