Police Force Act
(Chapter 235)
Police (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27(2)(a) and 117 of the Police Force Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2009.
Amendment of regulation 31
2.  Regulation 31 of the Police Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(2)  The following rates of charges shall be payable for the services of officers of the Gurkha Contingent employed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore:
 
 
Rate per month (for cases where the total number of duty hours per officer per location for a month is less than 191 hours)
