Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas)
(Amendment) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 13 September 2016.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (2) and substituting the following item:
“(2)  Jurong Port (including Pulau Damar Laut)
   All that area occupied by “JURONG PORT (including PULAU DAMAR LAUT) — FREE TRADE ZONE” at 37, Jurong Port Road, Singapore 619110, containing an area of about 1,244,221 square metres and comprising —
(a)that area comprised in Lots 4113T, 3857K, 3854P, 3856A, 3855T, 2852P, 3845X, 3543T(PT), 4175T, 4112P, 1263L, 3850C(PT), 4177K, 1821A, 761A, 483X(PT), 4227W(PT), 766C(PT), 2523P(PT), 768W, 477A, 2177C, 4235K, 2528X, 4176A, 3782P and 4234A in Mukim No. 6; and
(b)the bridge crossing Selat Damar Laut in Mukim No. 6.
   The boundary commences at the north eastern‑most corner of the aforesaid “JURONG PORT (including PULAU DAMAR LAUT) — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point is 32,094.37 metres North and 16,049.21 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, and the boundary runs along successive lines of coordinates approximately as follows:
