Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1999.

Amendment of regulation 61

2. Regulation 61 of the Building Control Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting paragraphs (2) and (3).

Amendment of regulation 116

3. Regulation 116 of the Building Control Regulations is amended by deleting “61 (2),” in the 4th line.
