Fees Act
(Chapter 106)
Fees (Ministry of Education) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Education) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 10th July 2004.
Fee
2.  There shall be payable to the Director-General of Education a fee of $400 in respect of an application to register a school.
Remission
3.  The Director-General of Education may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under this Order.

Made this 6th day of July 2004.
