Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2003.
Approved institution
2.  The Minister hereby approves the Bethany Methodist Nursing Home for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st September 2003.
