Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports (G.N. No. S 323/2006), hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009.
2.  Sections 5 to 13, 17, 19 and 21 to 33 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st March 2009.
