Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 11, the following item:

“11A. International Enterprise Singapore Board”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 14, the following item:

“14A. Media Development Authority of Singapore”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following item:

“15A. National Environment Agency”;

(d)

by deleting item 18; and

(e)

by deleting item 20 and substituting the following item:

“20. Singapore Workforce Development Agency”.
