(Chapter 1)
Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2005.
Delegation of powers to Minister advising on Civil Service
2.  The Minister for Finance hereby deputes the Minister charged with the responsibility of advising the Prime Minister on Civil Service personnel matters to exercise the power of the Minister under section 6(4)(a) of the Industrial Relations Act (Cap. 136) to nominate 3 nominees of the Government as an employer.

Made this 28th day of June 2005.
