Environmental Protection and Management
(Vehicular Emissions) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 December 2018.

Amendment of Part 2 of Eighth Schedule

2. Part 2 of the Eighth Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 9, the following item:
