(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Child Development Co‑Savings Act 2001, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Child Development Co‑Savings (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 May 2022.

Amendment of regulation 4B

2. In regulation 4B of the Child Development Co‑Savings Regulations (Rg 2), after paragraph (12), insert —

“(13) In this regulation, “stillborn child” has the meaning given by —

(a)	section 2(1) of the Act as in force immediately before 29 May 2022, if the date of birth of the child is before that date; or
(b)	section 2(1) of the Act as in force on or after 29 May 2022, if the date of birth of the child is on or after that date.”.
