Animals and Birds (Quarantine) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Quarantine) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 20th September 1996.

2. Rule 2(2)(b) of the Animals and Birds (Quarantine) Rules is amended by deleting the words “4 months” in the first line and substituting the words “3 months”.
