Films (Licence — Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Films Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Films (Licence — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 July 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4(2) of the Films (Licence — Exemption) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 343/2019) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “(G.N. No. S 336/2019)” in sub‑paragraph (b), the words “or the Films (Class Licence for General Films Distribution) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 420/2021)”.
