Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1)(q) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Labour, after consultation with the Central Provident Fund Board, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1996.
2.  Regulation 3(4) of the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) Regulations 1995 is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Scheme” in the second line, the words “or the CPF Medisave Top-Up Scheme”.

3.  Regulation 4 of the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) Regulations 1995 is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Scheme” in the second line and in the marginal note, the words “or the CPF Medisave Top-Up Scheme”.
