Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2009.
Temporary suspension of charges
2.—(1)  For the period 23rd September 2009 to 26th September 2009 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 738/2007) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
(2)  For the period 24th September 2009 to 26th September 2009 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2007 in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in Part II of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
